These terms govern your use of the FirstSerp website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

FirstSerpprovides SEO and search-visibility tooling: rank tracking, AI-search visibility, site audits, backlink monitoring, local SEO, reporting, and related features. Features vary by plan and may evolve; we'll communicate material changes.

Accounts & workspaces

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Workspace administrators control member access and roles within their workspace.
  • You must be authorized to track the domains and businesses you add to the platform.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, no attempts to breach or overload the platform, no reselling of raw data feeds without agreement.
  • No use of the service to infringe others' rights or to send spam.
  • We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, with notice where practicable.

Billing

  • Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout; taxes may apply.
  • You can cancel anytime via the customer portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change plan pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the platform. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Search-metric data we collect from third-party providers is provided "as is" and may contain estimates.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Search-engine and AI-engine results change constantly; we do not guarantee rankings, citations, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (data, liability, disputes) survive.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
